Ingram School of Nursing
Position Summary:
- Coordinates the awards process (nominations, submissions, etc) for the ISoN Awards Committee.
- Organizes individuals as well as events such as meetings, workshops and sessions.
- Data entry (analysis would be a plus)
- Performs various administrative tasks related to the project.
- Conducts training during events, workshops or sessions.
- Performs specific expense analysis via bookkeeping and expense claims. Creates reports and assists with budget preparation.
- Acts as a resource person to resolve various issues that may arise during planning, scheduling and events;
- Bilingual preferred.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities- Skills in searching multiple types of information environments.- Experience in data analysis would be a plus.
- Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an Englishlanguage university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 04._
