What you'll do:
- Responsible for the daytoday execution of tasks within the Grocery department.
- Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Coop's vision.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Support with training, developing, coaching, and motivating the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.

Who you are:
- You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have previous Retail Grocery experience
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- You have strong time management and organizational skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
