Description
Messa is currently seeking a Bilingual eLearning Consultant for a 1 year contract with the Department of National Defence. A valid Secret Clearance is required for this role.

You should have 5 years' experience developing various multimedia and interactive eLearning components and maintaining training portals; and

Hold a college diploma or a university degree in instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum development or related field.
