With over 50 strong years of providing excellent service, we strive to help our clients achieve their lawn care goals

Our Virtual Outbound Sales Representatives work remotely and are responsible for identifying the client's service needs and enrolling them in the perfect program to fit their needs.

Each representative will be provided with comprehensive training, along with continual support and one-on-one coaching. Computer equipment not supplied.

This performance based position is available immediately.

Job types available: Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Seasonal (growth opportunities are available)
Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 12PM - 8PM and Saturday 10AM - 2PM
Hours: 34 hours per week
Duties and responsibilities:

Call potential clients to diagnose lawn needs and educate them on our various services and programs. Enroll these clients in a program that will both benefit their lawn and meet their needs.-
Call existing clients to renew their service or up-sell an added service to their current program.-
We currently use an auto-dialer system that is specifically built for our needs as a company which is easy to learn and user friendly.-
Meet or exceed the number of required daily client decisions.
Enter order information into the client database.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is an asset
Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to talk and type simultaneously
Intermediate computer knowledge

Salary: Straight commission (8%/20%)
Additional pay: Bonus and Incentives
