    HCP Partner - Montréal, QC, Canada - UCB S.A.

    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding territory business and market share objectives, to optimally manage the assigned territory of Montreal & Western Quebec, QC in a 1-yr contract opportunity.
    Amplifies and strengthens the matching of UCB therapeutic solutions with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through strong collaborative relationships with key HCPs. Coordinates stakeholder management, provides regular feedback to internal stakeholders and colleagues of the HCP partner team on market situations and field intelligence that could impact business.
    Through strong business relationships with HCPs, and deep knowledge of UCB solutions, communicate key benefits to targeted customers to support product positioning and drive patient value through quality face-to-face and virtual customer interactions.
    Develops and ensures optimal implementation of territory business plan, sales analysis, and allocation of promotional resources.
    Complete administrative tasks, including timely and accurate expense reporting, training, and adherence to corporate compliance regulations, creating, and updating target physician lists, accurately register and report physician calls and insights in the CRM system.
    some overnight travel is required to see all target customers; Bachelors' degree in health sciences, business or related field is required.
    a qualified candidate must reside in the geographic boundaries of the territory and have a valid driver's license.
    Relevant biopharma sales experience (5 years) will be considered, and experience selling in Immunology/Rheumatology.
    Comfort and competencies in virtual engagement and omnichannel strategies.

Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, continuer de développer ses connaissances du secteur commercial afin d'approfondir sa compréhension du domaine de la santé et de l'environnement concurrentiel.Coordonner la gestion des parties prenantes, fournir périodiquement des rétroactions aux parties prenantes internes et aux collègues de l'équipe de professionnels de la santé sur les situations du marché et les données de terrain susceptibles d'avoir une incidence sur le secteur commercial.
    Grâce à de solides relations d'affaires avec les professionnels de la santé et à une connaissance approfondie des solutions d'UCB, communiquer les principaux avantages à une clientèle ciblée afin de soutenir le positionnement des produits et d'augmenter la valeur pour le patient grâce à des interactions de qualité avec la clientèle, en personne et de façon virtuelle.
    Élaborer le plan d'affaires du territoire, l'analyse des ventes et l'affectation des ressources promotionnelles et en assurer la mise en œuvre optimale.
    Définir, élaborer et exécuter des plans tactiques et des programmes de formation efficaces destinés aux professionnels de la santé, notamment des programmes de conférenciers et d'autres activités de formation, conçus pour améliorer les connaissances des professionnels de la santé au sujet des produits d'UCB et leur expérience de ceux-ci, favoriser la mobilisation de la clientèle et la valeur, et répondre aux besoins des patients.
    Organiser et coordonner des programmes promotionnels de conférenciers et d'autres activités de formation afin de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle.
    Accomplir des tâches administratives, notamment l'établissement de rapports de dépenses exacts et en temps voulu, la formation et le respect des règles de conformité de l'entreprise, la création et la mise à jour de listes de médecins cibles, et l'enregistrement et le compte rendu précis des visites aux médecins et des observations dans le système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle.
    à l'occasion, le gestionnaire de territoire devra représenter UCB dans des fonctions commerciales comme des conférences ou des congrès qui peuvent nécessiter leur présence la fin de semaine.
    La formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantessont requises :
    Une solide capacité de collaboration et de formation de partenariats interdépendants pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec de nombreux partenaires d'affaires internes, notamment des professionnels de la santé (surtout des rhumatologues et des internistes), des leaders d'opinion clés, des professionnels paramédicaux, des infirmières et des pharmaciens.
    Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
    Une expérience de vente dans le secteur biopharmaceutique (5ans) sera prise en compte, ainsi qu'une expérience de vente en immunologie et en rhumatologie.
