What can I expect to do in this role?: Working closely with the general public, you will:

  • provide customer service in person, by telephone or mail;
- track projects and prepare reports;
- process certificates and documents and ensure they are processed; accurately and in a timely manner;
- perform general administrative, financial and clerical duties.


How do I qualify?:


Mandatory:
Position requires typing/keyboarding skills to 30 WPM.


Customer Service Skills:


  • You have strong customer service skills to interact with the general public and officials.
  • You have effective oral and written communication skills to respond to enquiries from diverse clients.
  • You can use tact and discretion to interact with the general public when providing information.

Analytical Skills:


  • You have proven analytical skills to determine deficiencies and explain corrective measures and ensure accuracy of information.
  • You can perform arithmetic calculations.

Administrative Skills:


  • You demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • You have experience to function as a team member in a fast paced environment.
  • You have the ability to file accurately and efficiently.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:


  • You are proficient with computer software.
  • You are proficient in operating common office equipment to produce documents.
