End User Support Analyst I (12 Month Contract)

Do you love technology and know how to use it? Do you thrive on the daily challenges of working in a constantly evolving field?

As an End User Support Analyst I, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of L1/L2 services and will work independently or collaboratively with a team to promptly resolve technical issues faced by end users.

What you'll be do:

Work closely with the Senior End User Experience Analyst team, other internal teams, as well as multiple outsourced service providers
Document and track all support activities, ensuring accurate and uptodate records
Participate in project and operations support work

What we are looking for:

2+ years of experience with large enterprise IT delivery supporting end user technologies like Windows 10, Microsoft Office 36 Experience with Citrix, Identity and Access Administration, Desktop Deployment, File and Print Servers, Desktop and Virtualization, Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management, Enterprise Antivirus Management
Background in standard IT technologies and a strong understanding of ITIL
Experience working in a customer serviceoriented role in large complex and fast paced environments
