Cocktail driven restaurant concept in the financial district located at Bay and Adelaide. Anticipated opening is late January 2023.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Key Roles

Reports to the General Manager
Deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction
Manage and oversee the service operations through action with presence on the floor through the service periods
Service training with focus on CKTL & CO. guest experience standards
Assistance with recruiting people and ongoing service training
Daily reporting of sales and labour
Management of beverage inventory and cost reporting
Ongoing positive relationship with beverage suppliers
Assistance with the development of beverage and wine menus

Education and Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fullservice restaurant
Minimum 2 years' experience at the management level
Experience in a new restaurant opening considered an asset
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: POS, inventory software, excel and word
Food Safety Course, Smart Serve and W.H.M.I.S.
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 25lbs, must be able to stoop and bend
Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
