Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Operations Analyst to collaborate with business experts to design, create, and test Pendo data and content to ensure our customers maximize the benefits of our software products. The Product Analyst will also be involved in maintaining internal product dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Analyst, your main focus will be to help strategically drive adoption and engagement with our legal practice management software.
• Being part of the Product team, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy centered on value and impact, with a strong emphasis on User Experience.
• You will collaborate with internal teams (such as product managers, product UX designers, technical writers, customer support, marketing, and other business experts) to develop, create, test, and maintain Pendo content, integrations, and reporting.
• Enhancing and establishing Pendo governance processes, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular cross-functional meetings to facilitate these processes.
• Handling Pendo user administration and ensuring timely and proper data distribution to the right users or user groups.
• Designing innovative solutions, measuring outcomes, iterating for improvement, and striving for optimal results.
• Establishing metrics for data analytics, based on defined requirements, and supporting the evaluation of solutions' impact against KPIs.
• Soliciting feedback and securing agreement from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficiency in digital adoption technology, especially Pendo, is essential for this role.
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization are crucial.
• An inherent enthusiasm for learning new technologies and simplifying technical topics for various audiences.
• Applying lessons learned from past experiences to future projects.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively through text, workflows, videos, or visuals.
• Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities to identify and solve issues effectively.
• Proficient in gathering and defining technical requirements.
• Capability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and diligent in meeting deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Pendo certification is a plus.

The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000 CAD. The actual salary depends on various factors such as role, location, qualifications, market conditions, and business requirements.

Compensation may also include bonuses or commission based on company performance and individual achievements.
