- Address client inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Provide key support in administrative activities
- Ensure accurate and timely trade processing
- Handle account opening, documentation, and client cash flows
- Maintain records, attend client meetings, and assist with appointments
- Support team members and foster cross-business relationships
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar investment industry role
- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
- Client service skills, attention to detail, and time management
- CSC, CIM, and/or CFP Designations
