is an integrated supplier of fire sprinkler systems selling products to installing contractors in the new construction building and retrofit markets.

With eight locations across Canada, our company is the country's leading fire protection supplier offering our customers the best in product and customer support from coast to coast.


Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm


Main Duties:


  • Answering incoming customer inquiries
  • Accurately estimating, quoting, and processing orders is our company's internal system (Navision)
  • Attending to walkin customers
  • Providing the status of orders and following up on backorders
  • Promoting specialized products and services
  • Accurately completing & preparing sales documentation and accepting different types of payments, processing refunds, etc.
  • Performing administrative duties including filing, and faxing product information to our customers
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with other departments and branches
  • Assisting with inventory counts
  • Attending to various duties as assigned by management

Other Skills/Qualifications:


  • Fire protection industry/productrelated knowledge is ideal
  • Plumbing and sprinkler industry knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Fluent in English both in oral and written
  • Selfstarter, able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
