Manulife Bank is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Client Services, New Accounts team on a regular fulltime basis.


Responsibilities

  • Meet quality, service level and productivity targets, while providing an exceptional client experience
  • Empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of the client and business, using sound risk assessment
  • Ensure enhanced due diligence is applied for Related parties, Politically Exposed People, and High-Risk Clients
  • Collaborate with internal partners to reduce effort, and to improve process and the client experience
  • Hours are 95, with flexibility to work overtime during peak season and in high volume situations

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bilingualism French & English is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree /secondary education preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
  • A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
  • Open to change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently or within team dynamics
