Bridge Labourer, 1st Year Apprentice (BJ1)

Emil Anderson Maintenance (EAM) is the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure's road and bridge maintenance contractor for Service Area 7 (Fraser Valley), Service Area 20 (Robson) and Service Area 26 (Skeena).

BRIDGE LABOURER
Positions at this level are under the general direction of the TL Bridgeworker and are required to
perform routine labouring work in connection with the construction and reconstruction of all types of
bridges, building and other structures.

EXPERIENCE
Entry level

TYPICAL DUTIES
Include transporting materials, assisting bridgeworkers as required, performing other assigned duties.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work at heights and walk out on bridge members.
New posting will require a valid BC Class 3 Driver's Licence with air endorsement

PAY SCALE:
$23.32/hour
