JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Remove manual work arounds, and master data glitches that lead to subpar outputs
Responsible for forecasting and shipment accuracy
Understanding a balance between commercial requests, and relying on systems and process
Requires a lot of flexibility, and contingency planning
Lead team and manage on daytoday basis
Review and report monthly KPI results and challenge the team to open up gaps to drive further

- create new strategic KPIs as needed

Create long and short Term Strategy and have vision for team direction
Take escalations in order to assess and implement solutions accordingly
Improve system outputs
Lead cost saving initiatives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, any other analytical field
Minimum 3 years managing medium to large teams
Knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals, ERP experience (SAP & o9 preferred)
Strong Excel, PowerPoint Skills, and Power BI experience
Process improvement, Stakeholder Management and Planning experience is considered an asset
Good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and connect with other areas and bale to manage team performance as needed
Organized and with sense of urgency
Focus and Discipline in the execution and management of the routine
Dynamism and flexibility
Ready for challenges and changes, Change Agent, ability to Problem Solving with a Self
Motivated

Languages

English
French considered an asset
