With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions.

We are looking for a
Freight Forwarder to join our team and grow with us.

The position will need a
Minimum 1 Year of Canadian Freight/Logistics Experience, and a second language of Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Preparing FCL/LCL, Ocean/Air Import/Export documentation;
Prepare Ocean Bills of Lading, Prepare Arrival Notice, Manifests;
Provide rates quotes to the sales department;
Make Bookings with steamship lines and carriers;
Send prealerts to customers;
Coordinating/Communicating with overseas agents;
Tracing and coordinating of container/air cargo/trucking receiving;
Excellent Customer Service

Knowledge& Skills

1+ year's experience in within the Freight Forwarding/warehousing/logistics industry.
Excellent written and verbal skills in Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
