Job Description Summary:
GE Healthcare has a new opportunity to join our Contrast Media Delivery team as a customer facing Clinical Applications Specialist.
In this vital role you'll be training our new customers on the functionality of their newly installed device. Responsibilities may include providing pre-sale product demonstrations as well as post-sale training
Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams.
Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Produce wellwritten posttraining reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
Required Qualifications:
- Current ARRT and Computed Tomography Certifications and current on C.E. credits
- Minimum of 4 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in Computed Tomography, (CT) area. This experience should include experience in the contrast media delivery solutions field; specifically contrast media power injectors.
- Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
- Fluent in French
Desired Characteristics:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
- Strong presentation skills with public speaking and lecture experience desired
- Proven professionalism interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solutionbased sales process
- Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred
- Current GE product experience desired
