About the Role


Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside the Marketing Director to set strategic priorities for the upcoming year
  • Lead crossfunctional team to achieve channel viewership and revenue targets
  • Manage stakeholders throughout campaign development and execution
  • Plan and develop targeted consumer advertising including online, radio, outdoor and a variety of contra and crosspromotional initiatives
  • Work with inhouse media, social and creative agencies to brief, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead ideation and execution of engaging fanoriented event activations
  • Act as brand steward to ensure all touch points (incl. onair, online/social, sales, multiplatform and programming) are onbrand and onstrategy
  • Support the sales teams in generating revenue by acting as the marketing lead on cobranded onair promotions
  • Manage budget throughout the year
About You


What We Need From You:


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consumeroriented marketing or ad agency leadership role with progressive experience in brand management
  • Postsecondary degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
  • Media planning, agency relationship managing and understanding of the creative briefing process is a must
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proven ability to lead crossdepartmental shared business results, with track record of adding value
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to collaboration and teamwork
  • Resilience and eagerness to thrive in a disrupted industry and able to move fast under pressure in this growing and high profile area of our business
