The Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a
Manager, Clinical Services (The Grove - Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario)

_This is a regular full-time opportunity (minimum of 35 hours per week) based at 900 Tower St. S. Fergus with travel to other youth hubs as needed._
The Manager, Clinical Services (The Grove-Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario) has a dual reporting requirement to the Executive Director - The Grove

The Grove Hubs brings an integrated youth services model to Wellington County and the City of Guelph, where youth (age are at the center of services that are available in our community.

Our vision includes service providers working together to enhance the integration of services and build a system to better meet the needs of youth in our community.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Health or Social Science field and current registration with legislated regulatory body
  • A minimum of 35 years' experience working with children and youth ages 1226 in a mental health/ healthcare environment.
  • Formal supervisory and management experience needed
  • Ability to supervise others, identify and address performance and disciplinary matters in a professional and constructive manner
  • Experience leading and managing staff in a multidisciplinary/integrated team setting
  • Ability to build positive working relationships involving proactive problem solving and service planning.
  • Solid knowledge of mental health, developmental services, relevant legislation, support and treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others both within and external to the agency
  • Experience with managing a program budget and monitoring expenditures
  • Demonstrated understanding of multicultural communities and values diversity
  • Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives with great focus on antioppression and antiracism is preferred.
  • Demonstrated belief in the values and philosophy of The Grove Hub, CMHA WW and Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario.
  • Knowledge of risk, privacy and confidentiality of records
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and power point
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation as travel is required.

COMPENSATION:
$48.09 TO $58.42 PER HOUR (Non-Union)
