    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and motivating Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our Sales Associates team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals. Ideal candidates should have demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and business management skills acquired in a fast-paced retail setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store. You will be fully responsible for developing and implementing a flexible business strategy to attract and retain customers through targeted strategies, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.     Qualifications
    • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
    • Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service
    • Prior experience in business planning, including establishing sales and customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
    • Previous experience in retail operations, including inventory and facility management, and cash reconciliation
    • Demonstrated history of guiding a team to meet sales and customer service targets
    • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
    • Capacity to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events, in a high-energy work environment
    • Prior exposure to retail point-of-sale software
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; applicants must be able to verify authorization to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
