You

You will

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
  • Establish strong relationships with tenants and provide a proactive, exemplary level of service.
  • Review, code and track accounts payables and prepare purchase orders, as required.
  • Followup on tenant rental payments and assist the PM, as required, with rent collections.
  • Disburse tenant invoices and respond to inquiries.
  • Collect tenant insurance certificates and ensure compliance to tenants' leases.
  • Prepare Tenant Notices.
  • Assist the PM with tenant moveins and tenant moveouts and send out the necessary correspondence.
  • Followup on tenant sales reports and disburse percentage rent invoices.
  • Maintain utility tracking and other operational reporting, as required, through portals.
  • Liaise with thirdparty service contractors/trades, as required, and assist the PM with tendering contracts.
  • Assist the PM with annual operating and capital budgets preparation, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in leasing, asset management, construction, accounting, development and all other stakeholders.
  • Assist with miscellaneous other duties, as assigned.

You have

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Administrator with A/R and A/P experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Previous experience with Building Engines (an asset).
  • Previous experience with Yardi (an asset).
  • A strong understanding of accounting programs and have the ability to learn quickly.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
