Why People Choose Enviros

Simply stated, our vision is:
"The Power of Human Relationships Invites Belonging and Inspires Growth".

Cultural Supports at Enviros
Cultural humility and learning is a foundational principle at Enviros and Enviros embraces the relationship between culture, and connection/belonging.

The Circle Keeper position is a piece of our commitment to develop a more informed and culturally responsive approach to our relationships with Indigenous clients who are in our programs and staff who work for Enviros.

This focus, while not new, requires more resources beyond the incredible support and teachings currently offered by our Elder Casey Eaglespeaker, and so in this way, this role will be an expansion of support and a collaborative position.

Our Indigenous supports need a more intentional day to day focus to ensure we are responding to the needs of Indigenous clients while concurrently coaching staff in their understanding and learning of Indigenous culture and practices to support Indigenous people.

The Circle Keeper will act as a connector and support relationships in the community, creating opportunity for cultural exposure and supporting the leadership team to further develop Enviros culturally sensitive framework and practice.
