Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the
Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for overseeing total rewards programs.
This includes designing, planning, and implementing corporate programs, policies and procedures that adhere to legal requirements for executives and employees.
The Manager, Total Rewards, will achieve these goals with the principles of diversity and equity in mind.As the role matures, there will be opportunities to collaborate on other areas such as DEI, company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the Vice President, Total Rewards, to develop, implement and communicate global total rewards programs, including executive compensation.
- Global compensation, benefits and pension support includes the setup of plans, programs and policies.
- Establish and maintain plan documents and communication materials and prepare employee awareness campaigns on total reward programs to communicate the Employee Value Proposition
- Remain abreast of market trends and developments in laws or regulations
- Liaise with HR and Finance team members in Corporate as well as the operating sites in EMEA, APAC and North America.
Job Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Compensation certification with CBP, CCP or CEBS designation an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis and implementation, with knowledge of market best practices.
- Experience managing the yearend process of salary, bonus and equity administration.
- Knowledge of wellness, benefits and retirement programs, including experience with contract management and management of complex health or insurance plans provided by external vendors.
- Ability to prepare ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel and strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
