Job Description:

• Jointly accountable with the IT Deployment lead for the delivery of the projects
• ensuring required activities/deliverables are completed prior to technical and business go-live
• Accountable for adherence to the approved Roadmap for on time, on quality and on budget delivery
• Responsible for project business deliverables: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Report, PQ test overview list, and any other document that business is responsible to provide (note: URS and Business Process Diagrams are with the Product Team)
• Accountable for other project business deliverables: User Requirement Specifications, Business Process Diagrams, Business Continuity Plans, Training Materials, SOPs, User Access Provision, Master Data setup, ensuring Manufacturing Site Readiness, Launch Country Readiness, etc
• Act as an escalation point, supporting to resolves issues or mitigate risks associated to timely completion of Business deliverables
• Issue predefined communications to required stakeholders prior and post releases. Is also responsible to communicate and agree system downtimes with business and manufacturing sites

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Fluent (speaking / writing) in English
• Min. 4 years in GMP project planning experience in a pharmaceutical domain
• Experience managing projects in a GXP environment is preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and supply chain practices and software systems
• Good understanding of ERP implementation methodology
• Proven project management, ideally in a crossfunctional project
• Agile, SAFe, PMP certification
