The opportunity:

Canada Immigration Services is a leading Immigration firm in Canada. Our service portfolio includes various options for immigrants planning to visit, study, work, and settle in Canada.


This position focuses on assisting clients with their immigration needs and inquiries, analyzing their immigration circumstances, and offering solutions to move them toward their objectives.


What you will do:

As a member of the Toronto team, the Client Intake Specialist, under the directions of the Head of Client Relations, will perform the following duties:

  • Creating a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm, including instilling confidence in our abilities and a willingness and desire to help;
  • Following the firm's guidelines on how to communicate with prospective new clients in the most effective manner;
  • Helping prospective new clients see the difference between working with the firm and not working with the firm;
  • Identifying the needs of the client and describing the applicable services we offer and how we charge for our services;
  • Collecting the prospective new client's contact information and detailed information about the matters for which they are seeking the firm's help and recording them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
  • Sending retainer agreements and invoices using CRM;
  • Assigning new cases on time and following up to expedite delayed processes ;
  • Following up with clients who have not closed with the firm and addressing their concerns, if any;
  • Prioritize engaging client relationship management for clients that have signed up.

What you bring to the role:

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, grammar, and spelling;
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a highgrowth business;
  • Education or work experience, the equivalent Bachelor'slor's Degree;
  • Enrollment in CCIC or RCIC license is an asset.
