$55,000 to $65,000 per year

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine the specifications of the client's glasses according to his activities and needs from the prescription issued by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist;
Analyze and adjust the customer's glasses;
Take measurements for the manufacture of glasses;
Help the client choose their frames and lenses;
Check the shipment of orders to our laboratory;
Follow up on current orders;
Open, verify and follow up on contact lens files;
Will work in the Laval and Terrebonne branches;
Must be available 1 weekend out of 2.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Training required:
Techniques of visual orthotics

Years of experience related to the job: 1 to 2 years of experience (asset)

Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients;
Have a good team spirit;
Motivated to provide quality customer service;
Know how to define your priorities;
Be meticulous;
Experience in eyewear (Asset).
