    We are currently recruiting for a Director, Trico Construction Management Inc.
    Position Overview
    This is a Full-time, Permanent position.
    Responsibilities
    # Create the strategy for Trico Construction Management and develop and implement multi–year plans to achieve goals and objectives.
    # Develop annual revenue and expense budgets, and review financial results and projections on a regular basis.
    # Provide leadership and expertise to direct teams with effective direction for the delivery of all project work.
    # Contribute to the general business development efforts of the organization.
    # Assume overall responsibility for the execution of pre-development and development activities.
    # Maintain client relationships and lead/mentor team in conflict resolution.
    # Develop positive relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors.
    # Attract, retain, and develop staff for succession planning.

    Qualifications, Experience & Education
    Minimum of 8-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in overseeing development and residential construction of projects. Ability to achieve aggressive growth plans. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Master of all phases of project management. Extensive experience in leading project teams at various levels within the organization or team.
