Position:
Supplier Performance Manager
Mission:
- Manage the operational performance (logistics and quality) of suppliers.
- Ensure the monitoring of suppliers and their approvals.
- Support the development of suppliers (Supplier Development).
Main Responsibilities:
- Supplier Evaluation:
- Participate in the evaluation of suppliers during the selection process.
- Assess the level of supplier risk and develop monitoring plans to support various phases, including rampup/down and new product introductions.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze logistics and quality performance, quantifying quality and logistics compensation based on supplier and SQF measurements.
- Lead the escalation process, providing support for resolution activities as necessary.
- Quality Management:
- Develop and maintain quality standards.
- Manage supplier approvals, ensuring adherence to quality requirements by both suppliers and internal teams.
- Supplier Development:
- Support supplier maturity improvement plans and advocate for best practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement improvement plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Establish supplier inspection/quality delegations.
Required Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Safran requirements and documentation systems, including quality standards.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and tools, such as audits and lean sigma.
- Knowledge of quality principles and tools, including audits.
Skills:
- Proficient in crossfunctional project management and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, particularly regarding logistics agreements.
- Ability to effectively manage change.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Mastery of intercultural relationship management.
Qualities:
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a pragmatic approach.
- Demonstrated rigor, analytical thinking, and synthesis abilities.

Travel Requirement:
- Approximately 3540% travel time required based on the supplier portfolio.
