    The PMO Manager reports to the Director Supply Chain & PMO and is responsible for managing complex projects in domestic, regional and/or international contexts, as well as leading a team of Project Managers.

    The PMO Managers should have a solid understanding of drug manufacturing / packaging processes and have experience in new product launch, manufacturing site change, API source changes and Process improvement.

    Strong experience in Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
    Strong knowledge of


    GMP:
    solid, semi-solid, liquid dosages manufacturing & packaging, Sterile product is a plus.

    Research best practices inside and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results.

    Experience successfully leading multiple projects on-time, on-schedule and within budget close.
    Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team responsible for performance
    Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
    Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive's sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
    Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
    Flexible with demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    Technically skilled with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, ASANA, Trackwise, Sciforma and Lucid Chart
    Able to conduct research into project-related issues and products.
    Bachelor or better in Science or related field.
    Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent : Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc. / PMI certification (an asset)

    Minimum of 10 years in Project Management related to Validation / Production / R&D / Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
