OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote a positive and fun workplace culture
Audit required documents prior to start of work
Competent understanding of systems for both project and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs
Train, direct and evaluate team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork
Understand timing of work and how it relates to others
Direct and monitor team members in development, communication, and redemption of schedules
Instruct and direct team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of all paperwork
Understand the relationship between performance, customer satisfaction, and new business
Instruct and direct team members to ensure cost effective and efficient use of equipment, tools and materials while ensuring efficient field operations.

COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Strong leadership skills

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.)

OR

5+ years experience with Commercial HVAC systems

Coaching and leadership experience

Superior relationship building skills

2-5+ years of Management experience

Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk

Mechanical aptitude

Strong communication skills - both written and oral

Coaching and leadership experience

Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
