About the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible to sell the Meeting, Event and Conference Services (MECS) meeting facilities and services, including meeting rooms, banquet facilities and range of services, to clients to generate revenues in support of MECS; promote MECS to its various target markets; prospect leads, prepare sales contracts and process sales orders; provide facility information to clients and to perform post-event follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role also reviews information regarding market conditions, product and service improvement and price changes, makes recommendations for improvements and adjustments to the sales team, and consults with the team on broad planning objectives and sales direction.
