Maintenance Worker - Thornhill, Canada - SZAMRA GROUP FACILITY SERVICES
Description
We are hiring a maintenance person,Typical hours will be at 11am to 4pm every day (Weeks and weekends)
They will go into the guest room and do the following plus more
- Caulking
- Cleaning of bath room vents
- Make sure all pipes, showers,
- Painting if needed
- Cleaning the HVAC unit
- Fix any wall paper issues
- Check the entire room to make sure all FF&E are in good condition and all working properly
- Typically 5 rooms a day
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thornhill, ON L3T 7X3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
