Purpose/goals
This individual will be responsible for the execution of marketing services including literature/samples, advertising, merchandising and customer programs. Coordinates website services, social media and internal/external communications.


LOCATION:


Brantford, on site (this is not a remote position).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes the Literature/Sample development, coordinate with fulfillment vendor on inventory, orders, etc., coordinate Merchandising displays with vendor and track program metrics according to assigned budget requirements.
  • Make use of existing database management tools to target, track, and talk to prospective leads as well as established customers.
  • Creates relevant performance metrics and distributes to defined internal customer groups.
  • Coordinates social media and internal/external communications.
  • Serves as primary pointofcontact and contract administrator with thirdparty vendors for marketing services. Monitors inventories and coordinates invoices for payment.
  • Coordinates and executes participation in Corporate Events and Key Account Meetings.
  • Coordinates internal and external customer communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a similar type of role.
  • Experience with content management systems to manage website content.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skillful in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Capable to work well under pressure.
  • Superior research, writing, editing and communication skills, including a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
  • Bilingual in French an asset.
