Your Daily Role:
Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to manage and report on the inventory for finished goods, raw product and packaging materials to maintain the highest level of accuracy of all inventory


The Role:

  • Utilize systems to analyze and update inventories;
  • Extract, analyze and convert data into usable formats for KPI reporting;
  • Analyze and approve various inventory adjustments transactions related to semifinished, finished and packaging materials;
  • Work with the plants and warehouses as it relates to inventory transactions both manual and EDI;
  • Analyze the current inventory processes in place and provide suggestions for improvement;
  • Assist in maintaining Standardized Operating Procedures based on the group best practices as it relates to inventory control;
  • Perform monthly warehouse inventory reconciliation;
  • Work directly with copackers regarding work order reconciliation and copack volume tracking;
  • Resolve shortages, invoicing, product designation, and open order issues;
  • Support the Customer Service Desk with inventory related matters;
  • Provide solutions for product issues such as aged and/or obsolete components and quality variances;
  • Lead a regular cycle count process and provide KPI's for the results.
  • 3 years of related experience in Inventory Control;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills;
  • Exemplary computer skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • Selfdirected and must be able to transition to multiple tasks throughout the day;
  • Proven team player, flexible to meet changing requirements;
  • Driven and results oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
