About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated tech-savvy Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization. In this unique opportunity, you will assume responsibilities across multiple domains including HR, finance and general operations.

This position is based at our Burnaby office and offers a blend of remote and in-office work.


You will:

• Maintain meticulous records of contracts, agreements and other relevant documents.
• Monitor and manage the company's operating budget, track expenses and financial performance.
• Handle invoicing processes and maintain basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with our recruiter to facilitate seamless employee hiring, onboarding and ongoing management processes.
• Oversee procurement activities and serve as the point of contract with strata for officerelated matters.

You have:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to details and strong observational skills.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work in a fastpaced work environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting and basic bookkeeping skills.

Job Type:

• Fulltime, Parttime, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
