Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the service area and seating area
Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Experience:

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Understanding of proper food handling procedures to maintain safety standards

As a Barista at our cafe, you will have the opportunity to create delicious beverages and provide exceptional service to our customers.
