We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to help drive the next chapter in our growing businesses and help lay the foundation for scalable growth.

You will have had experience in planning, defining, and implementing KPI's, streamlining sales processes, building, and implementing sales and marketing systems to support growth, improving the client experience with Customer Success, and capturing and delivering analytics/insights at a company, team, and individual level.


Responsibilities

  • Define, consistently measure and broadcast KPIs, forecasts and top line business performance to keep on track and help Agio achieve targets
  • Partner with leadership on price modelling and competitive analysis for new growth engines in the business including decisions about gotomarket needs, programs, and operational needs
  • Leverage insights into sales and client lifecycle to offer advice on process and tool improvement for better outcomes for the next phase of growth
  • Strategize with product leadership on maturing tooling capabilities that deliver results around pipeline management, enablement, and areas of opportunity to enhance productivity
  • Develop and maintain the tech productivity stacks for Sales Development Reps, Business Development Managers, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Responsibility for quota planning, marketing/sales campaign operations, quoting/deal support, forecasting cadence, and orchestration of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success OKRs
  • Develop and maintain sales compensation plans and commission calculation platform for Sales Development Reps, Business Development Managers, and Customer Success
  • Deliver projects at high velocity with high accuracy
  • Establish and maintain an operational support model

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years or more experience in a senior Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations role, with a demonstrated history of improving results by providing datadriven insights for strategic planning and sales enablement
  • Ability to analyze complex sets of data and present it in an easy and digestible manner identify actionable insights that drive results
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and best practices Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
  • Experience managing Pardot and ensuring adherence to campaign and lead management best practices
  • Expert in building dashboards and KPI trackers for GTM team and Executive review.
  • Proven ability to fine tune complex sales processes and rollouts
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written communication skills

SPECIAL NOTES


Due to the nature of the work performed for customers, it may be necessary to work outside of normal business hours to perform certain tasks.

Overnight travel may also be required.
