Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact:

Ensure role and responsibility understanding and respect.
Manage and monitor the activity.
Followup the KPI and action plans to ensure the performance of the activity in accordance with the specifications.
Manage the resources (allocation, training plan ).
Define the workload according to planning and to Customer information.
Deal with other BA team (Montreal, Mexico) and Tier 1 Suppliers.
Liaison and direct reporting to Bombardier Aerospace Management.
Implement at all stage of the organization a continuous improvement approach.
Ensure the management of the improvement policy within the Workpackage.
Ensure the team productivity (white collars and blue collars) ratios determined by AAA leadership are met.

Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart:

You minimum have a Professional Studies Diploma in structure assembly/aeronautical construction or an equivalent.
You have 3 to 5 years experience in management in the aeronautics field or any other advanced sector.
You are autonomous, demonstrate judgement and discernment.
You have the capacity to work as a team, you are able to influence, mobilise and guide various departments.
You have a great sense of responsibilities, you know how to delegate and prioritise tasks.
You aim at quality and rigour when performing your work.
