BOMImed Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Sales Contract Associate to provide high-quality service to customers, handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer complaints. Additionally, they will prepare tender submissions, and maintain contract records.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Process order entry and return authorization requests.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Search, prepare and complete tender submissions.
  • Maintain records of tender submissions in the tender Masterfile.
  • Receive results from Requests for Proposals (RFP) and communicate them to the Sales Representative, National Sales Manager and Customer Service Representative.
  • Perform procedures as outlined in the BOMImed Quality Management System.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Skills Required:


  • Strong language and communication skills
    must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
  • Positive language skills and ability to read customers.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations and deadline driven tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently, ability to search for information.
  • Working knowledge with ERP systems, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of office and customer service experience.
  • Writing, editing, and formatting documents and spreadsheets.
  • Experience working within an ERP system, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 36
  • Business Admin diploma or similar degree/diploma is an asset.
