Job Title:
Production Supervisor


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
standards are met

  • Coordinate and schedule production activities, including assigning tasks and
monitoring progress

  • Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are
available for production

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to
resolve any issues or delays in production

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of production team members
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase
productivity and reduce waste

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing
environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities to address any issues that may arise during
production

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and
other departments

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
