    We are looking for top-tier Project Managers to join our Buildings division and lead projects in diverse sectors. As part of our team, you'll have access to a safe, inclusive environment and opportunities for career development.

    About the Role

    Project Managers in our British Columbia Buildings Division oversee project planning, financials, pre-construction, execution, and mentoring junior team members.

    As a Project Manager at Graham you will:

    • Collaborate with Preconstruction for project budget reports
    • Manage subcontracting process and scope development
    • Determine project deliverables and quantities
    • Oversee project administration, operations, and scheduling
    • Maintain supplier relationships and communication tools
    • Review and monitor performance standards
    • Manage change processes and safety measures
    • Review and communicate project objectives and milestones
    • Provide status reports and safety plans
    • Analyze potential risks and safety hazards
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years managing construction projects
    • Proactive approach to client requirements and risk management
    • Strong leadership and technical skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
    • Experience with InEight software is advantageous

    Working Conditions

    Work mostly on job sites, wearing necessary protective equipment. May need to relocate to other sites in the region.

    Compensation:

    • $85,600 - $158,400 per year
    • Salary based on education and experience
    • Health & Dental benefits, Life and Disability Insurance
    • Pension savings plan with employer match
    • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year
