Description

Our Kids Zone Attendants play an integral role in the Club's game day operations and supports the proper execution of Kids Zone entertainment.

• Manage the Elks Kids Club table by answering questions, handling registration and merchandise.
• Supervise stations including inflatables, colouring tables, and other activations.
• Liaise with vendors on setup and teardown, helping to provide direction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Zone.
• Tracking attendance as able, for reporting purposes.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our fans of all ages.
• Other duties as required.

• You have a passion for creating exciting and memorable fan experiences.
• You can think on your feet, quickly adapting to changing priorities and directions.
• You are comfortable working without direct supervision.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, possibly holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in childcare is considered an asset, but not required.
• A valid criminal record check, with the vulnerable sector, is required to work in this area.
