Hotel in Markham is currently seeking experienced servers/bartenders for part time availability only.

1+ years serving experience at a bar & dinein restaurant, not fastfood establishments

-
amenable to work Friday, Weekends 5PM - 10PM:

part time availability

- experience in using POS systems
- experience in fast-paced environments & the ability to multi task
- can reliably commute to work and be scheduled for closing shifts

The following skills are assets:

Demonstrate knowledge of our menu, take orders efficiently, describe daily specials and upsell to customers
Understanding how to cater to customer needs in order to contribute to a good experience providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that they leave happier than when they arrived
Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure customer orders are accurate and presented according to standards
Follow Smart serve guidelines for responsible alcohol service
Must be team oriented and communicate well with other staff, including kitchen staff
Help maintain a safe, clean and organized restaurant
