A day in the life at Trail Appliances

Greet, qualify, and recommend products and services to customers
Follow up with customers and potential customers to gain feedback
Stay in contact with potential customers and old customers as well
Get behind store promotions, understanding our marketing & programs
Become an authority on the wide variety of the appliance brands and be willing to share your knowledge with customers
Participate in ongoing training to increase your professional sales skills
Being able to explain and demonstrate the value and innovation of a product during the selling phase is a key factor to winning the trust of your customer and eventually closing the sale.
Share information on deliveries, financing and warranties to give the customer a full 360 view of what they can expect.

This role is a great match for people coming from

Hospitality, restaurant, hotel or as a travel agent
Banking or finance industry sales or customer service

To be successful in this role you must

Have a sincere interest in continually learning about the advancements in home appliance technology as customers expect to learn something, they cant read on a website
Be good with using software to track sales, provide estimates and explain financing to customers as the average purchase is in the $10K range and above

We have
GREAT hours 10 am to 6 pm and we are open 7 days a week.
