Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure project billing: Reconciliation of time sheets and management of client billing
- Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, followup on receivables with external and internal parties, cash receipts, reconciliations, etc.
- Data entry
- Prepare and submit various analyses required by Static Canada and/or the head office
- Organize accounting files and their storage, develop a document archiving policy and ensure its followup
Qualifications:
Education
- College level diploma (DCS) or Diploma of Professional Studies in Accounting
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, business administration (accounting or finance option) or related field. (or DEC + experience)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a consulting services organization (asset)

- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)

- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
Additional information
Fluency in French and English is essential.
Position based in Montreal (Old Port). Square-Victoria metro station.
