Job Title:
Sales Representative at Luxury Cigar Shop

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, offering expert knowledge and advice on cigars and products
Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
Meet and exceed sales targets and achieve revenue growth through effective selling techniques
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and its products, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
Stay uptodate with industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide customers with the best possible experience
Enhance product knowledge and sales skills during leisure work hours
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 12 years of retail sales experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Passion for learning and product knowledge
Strong sales prowess and resultsdriven business approach that will enable you to exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the store.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be 19 years of age or older

*Starting at $17/HOUR with paid training & opportunities to grow
