Our Client is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Markham

DUTIES:


  • Daily support for customers in providing them with current pricing, quotes, entering and processing orders.
  • Provide administrative support such as handling incoming inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail.
  • Inform customers of new products, services promotions, and upcoming events
  • Dealing with receiving incoming lots, refining quotes and customer inquires
  • Work in collaboration with Sales team and provide support when required.
  • Register new customer by opening accounts.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause
- of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
- correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Marketing & creating brand awareness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • College diploma or equivalent in business administration or marketing
  • Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, SAP)
  • Attention to detail Experience in jewelry/precious metals industry is considered a strong asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
  • Must be fluent in English verbal and written.

Shift Time:
Mon to Fri - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm


Salary:
$40.000 a year
