Norbel Metal Service has been in business since 1967. We are a family-oriented, steel processing facility, servicing our valued customers.

At Norbel Metal we have over 120,000 sq/ft of warehouse space in Etobicoke, providing us with a central location to all of our customers across Southern Ontario.


We are looking for a motivated individual who is business-minded, has excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the various team members to learn about our product, service, and operations.
  • Liaise with the production team to enter new and existing orders into our software system.
  • Respond to customer order inquiries and update statuses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in a safely at all times, adhering to company policies.
  • Additional sales/administrative duties may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Background or experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
  • Be a team player and able to work well with others on the job
