Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions customers may have
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track inventory and order supplies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and promote upselling opportunities
