Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Expectations

Will work directly with the Service Manager by relaying information, answering service

& warranty calls, scheduling appointments

Communicate with customers by obtaining purchase orders, scheduling work, providing updates on job and warranty completion
Quoting and Invoicing of Service/ Warranty jobs
Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments of repair parts to customer locations or to GinCor location
Schedule outgoing shipments of warranty parts to our suppliers for evaluation. Followup and tracking of warranty credits from suppliers
Create, update and track warranty writeups
Perform other duties, as required

Major Requirements and Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills
Multitasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
Good computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, etc,)
Highly organized and able manage time
Reliable and dependable
Excellent customer service skills
Prior manufacturing experience an asset
General industry service knowledge an asset
