Willis Manufacturing is a family owned an operated business, started by Don Willis in 1998. Over the years, it has evolved into the diverse metal fabrication shop that it is today.

Focusing on sheet metal production for the construction and manufacturing industries, our shop is equipped with CNC laser and waterjet cutting, punching & bending.

We have a team of CWB certified welders for aluminum and steel. Our powder coating department takes parts to the next level with durable coatings that are vibrant and clean. We offer conventional machining services as well.

This position requires individuals who are physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn. The laborer will be responsible for performing various physical tasks on construction sites or other work environments. They will assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, operate tools, and follow safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in labor or construction.

The ability to lift heavy objects, use hand and power tools, and work well as part of a team are essential for success in this role.


Salary:
$19.00-$20.00 per hour
